Shipping

As we are just small, we are only shipping across Canada with Canada Post at this time. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout by weight of your order.

Shipping times:
These vary due to selection at checkout and possible delays especially during busy seasons. Anywhere between 2-12 days is average for delivery after your order has been processed (1-3 business days), however keep an eye on your tracking number for a more accurate time frame and order well in advance if you need something by a certain date.

Processing times:
There may be instances of a processing or shipping delay, but we will do our best to get your order out of our facility within 1-3 business days, or if possible, that same day if ordered before 12pm PST.

Incorrect addresses:
We are not responsible for any packages that do not arrive due to incorrect addresses input at checkout, so please make sure you double check that all of your information is correct.
Autofill can sometimes input your address incorrectly.

If you notice an error in your address upon order confirmation, please contact us immediately at hello@yeshoneyskin.com with your order number and address adjustments to ensure it gets shipped correctly.

Once your order has left our facility and is in the hands of Canada Post, we cannot guarantee that the incorrect address can be fixed. If it is undeliverable and returned back to us, you will be responsible for re-shipping and processing fees.

Local pickup:
We offer local pickup in Coquitlam, British Columbia. You will be able to find this option at checkout with further instructions for a pickup schedule once your order has been processed.

In person:
If you are looking to find us in person, we are hoping to be seen in some retailers soon, but in the meantime, we do attend markets in the Lower Mainland and Okanagan area throughout the year. Please check here or our instagram for regular updates on market locations and dates.


Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, such as a broken item, we want to make it right, please contact us at hello@yeshoneyskin.com

Product information:
We provide a full ingredient list for every product so be sure to read it over for any possible allergens before ordering.

Please perform a patch test before using any of our products. If you have purchased multiple products, we recommend introducing each one gradually and one at a time into your routine. If you experience any reactions, please discontinue use for at least a week before performing another patch test and trying to use the product again.

*Note that some products may encourage a skin purge if you are not used to products that deep clean or promote a faster cell turnover. This can be normal for some skin types and part of a process to clear what's beneath the surface and should subside within a few weeks (dependant on hormonal cycle). If it persists, discontinue use.

We do our best to describe the scent and texture of our products and pride ourselves in having delicious smelling natural skincare without artificial fragrance. Please make sure you read the product description thoroughly before ordering to ensure it is something you may like.

Temperature sensitive items:
Some of our products are heat sensitive. Leaving these items in a hot vehicle or mailbox may result in melting and potential altering of its texture/consistency.
Placing them in the fridge should make them firm once again, and while it may also alter the original texture, the properties are still effective. Note, you may need to use less as it becomes more concentrated in its melted state.

If shipped during the winter months, your product may firmer than its intended state. You may need to allow these products to come to room temperature before use.

Missing items/Damages:
We track every order with our own photo manifest to ensure your order is correct on our end. If an order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24hrs of delivery) with a photo to hello@yeshoneyskin.com and we can discuss a solution.

Gift Cards/Stockists/Cancellations:
Gift Cards are final sale, and cannot be purchased using a promotional code/discount.

Products purchased from our stockists are subject to their own return/exchange policies. 

An order can be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the sale is final.
