Nurture & Nature - The Day Retreat
Step outside to nourish what's inside.
August 11th / 10am-4pm / Anmore B.C.
In the forest just outside the city, experience gentle outdoor movement followed by crisp cold plunges and community-made lunch, rounded out with soy candle & botanical facial workshops and of course, our locally curated gift bags.
Hosted by: Steph Schonberger from Yes, Honey Skin & Jessie Au from The Flex Room.
The Itinerary:
10:00-10:30 AM Welcome Energizer
Get to know one another (don’t worry, no ice breaker games), get familiar with the site, and juice up for the day.
10:30-11:30 AM Move + Sweat
Energize your body with a dynamic outdoor workout session designed to invigorate and awaken your senses.
11:45 AM-12:30 PM Rest + Recover
Refresh and recover in our cold plunge tubs, ideal for soothing tired muscles and promoting circulation. If cold plunges aren’t your thing, Say When Beverages will be on-site with some tea samplings and there will be time for lounging and relaxing.
12:30-1:30 PM Community Lunch
Sharing a meal together creates community. Making food together feels like family.
1:45-2:45 PM Create + Illuminate
Unleash your creativity and learn the art of candle-making, creating your own personalized soy candle to take home as a memento of the day.
2:45-3:00 PM Stretch + Release
Relax and unwind and watch the trees sway in this outdoor class designed to release tension and promote flexibility, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
3:00-3:45 PM Indulge + Unwind
Indulge in a botanical facial treatment that revitalizes your skin, accompanied by soothing herbal teas to promote relaxation and inner calm.
3:45-4:00 PM Goodie Bag Goodbye
Leave with a thoughtful goodie bag filled with curated items to help you feeling just as relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated at home.

Let's talk about custom candles
Fully customizable, from candle name & label to scent, soy candles (or essential oil rollerballs) are a thoughtful touch to any event.
Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, bachelorette or baby shower to corporate events & more, you can choose from my pre-existing candle scents, or we can work together to create something new.
Candles are 100% pure soy wax with natural essential oils and paraben & phthalate-free fragrance oils for a clean, safe & eco-friendly burn.
Get in touch below with your thoughts to get started! Please allow 6-8 weeks from start to finish as it can take time to nail the scent if fully custom and to give time for candles to set up completely.
