"I've been making this roller for years while 'Yes, Honey' was just a concept. I deal with a moderate amount of anxiety that ebbs and flows, as many people do. When I notice my airway begins to feel like it's closing from intense anxiety or panic, I try to reach for this roller to inhale deeply to open up my airway and remind myself to take a big, deep, belly breath.
I'll even roll a tiny bit on the tip of my nose before bed if I'm feeling congested or anxious."

If you're unfamiliar with anxiety-reducing breathing techniques, a belly breath is when you take intentional diaphragmatic breaths expanding your belly to fill up your lungs with oxygen.
